Two of the most decorated cross country athletes in Conference USA history have added to their collection of awards, as UTEP's Anthony Rotich and Rice's Cali Roper have been selected as the 2015 Male and Female Cross Country Athletes of the Year, respectively, by a unanimous vote of the league's head coaches. Both repeat selections, Rotich becomes the first athlete in C-USA history to receive the honor all four years of his career, while Roper is just the third-ever back-to-back winner on the female side.
