Middle Tennessee claimed two superlative C-USA Track & Field honors as juniors Eliud Rutto and Elizabeth Dadzie were named C-USA Male Track and Female Field Athletes of the Year, respectively. UTEP freshman Tobi Amusan earned C-USA Female Track Athlete of the Year accolades following a stellar first season that culminated in a silver finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships and a First-Team All-America selection. Rounding out the league's superlative honors is Charlotte senior Trey McRae, who swept all three jumping events at the C-USA Outdoor Championships before claiming a third-place finish in the high jump for First-Team All-America status.
