Sophomore John Crossley led East Carolina to a successful showing as the Pirates captured a pair of event victories in the meet.

The University of Tulsa track and field team's wrapped up the Arkansas Open, at the Randal Tyson Track Complex, as the women's 4x400 meter relay team ran the fastest time in the American Athletic Conference this year, to highlight TU's afternoon.

Rice All-American senior vaulter Chris Pillow won his third pole vault event of the indoor season, and sixth of his career, with a personal-best vault of 5.56m (18-02.75) at the Virginia Tech Challenge Saturday afternoon.

During the final meet of the regular season, Tulane's indoor track and field squad produced a solid showing while earning experience for future meets at the LSU Twilight in Baton Rouge at Carl Maddox Fieldhouse.

The Marshall track and field team took part in the competition at the Buckeye Tuneup Friday afternoon and recorded a pair of top-five finishes.

The Rice Owls women's track and field squad sent a handful of athletes to Friday's LSU Twilight meet in preparation for the C-USA Indoor Championships next week.
