Registration opens on January 1, 2016 for the Marshall University High School Indoor Track Meet on Feb. 27, 2016 at the Jeff Small Track in the Chris Cline Indoor Athletics Complex.

North Texas track and field head coach Carl Sheffield will be speaking at the DFW National Track and Field clinic starting Jan. 8-10 held at the Arlington Hilton.

Former Marshall University student-athletes Sammie Bane of volleyball, Alanna Dawkins of track and field and Cece Scott of soccer have received the Academic Excellence Award announced earlier this week by the D1A Faculty Athletic Representatives.
