The UTEP men's cross country team is headed to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 2007 after finishing in sixth place at the NCAA Mountain Regional. Junior Anthony Rotich was the catalyst as he claimed his first-career Mountain Regional individual title on Friday afternoon at the University of New Mexico Golf Course.
