New Orleans, La. - UTEP duo Anthony Rotich and Mark Jackson were named U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Mountain Region Track Athlete and Field Athlete of the Year. Also garnering recognition was assistant coach Lacena Golding Clarke, who was named the Women's Mountain Regional Assistant Coach of the Year on Monday.
