One week after being named to the Conference USA Spirit of Service team for her work in the classroom, on the track and in the community, Tulane trackster Candice St. Etienne was named as one of 12 C-USA athletes to receive the Jim Castaneda Postgraduate Scholarship, announced the commissioner's office on Tuesday.
