The start of the 2013 Conference USA Outdoor Track and Field Championship has been moved up to Noon Thursday at Holloway Field/Ley Track due to forecasted implement weather in the Houston area. The 100m hurdles of the women's heptathlon is set for Noon, followed by the 100m of the men's decathlon at 12:30 p.m. on Rice University campus.
