After impressive showings on both the male and female sides of the Pre-Nationals meet in Louisville, Ky. last weekend, UTEP's Anthony Rotich and Rice's Cali Roper are this week's Conference USA male and female athletes of the week. Rotich makes a repeat appearance to the awards slate this season after leading the Miners to a No. 11 ranking in the latest national poll, while Roper, the 2014 C-USA cross country female athlete of the year, earns her first award of 2015.
