Neither rain nor snow nor gloom of night will stop Louisiana Tech's track and field program from competing in Birmingham Thursday. Despite inclement weather in the area the Southern Miss-hosted KMS Invitational will still be held at the CrossPlex, albeit on a two-hour delay.
