The second day of the 2013 Conference USA Outdoor Championships saw the completion of the multi events as well as the men's and women's 1,000-meter run and hammer throw events at Holloway Field/Ley Track on the campus of Rice University. ECU freshman Madison Rayfield set a school record in the women's heptathlon after notching 4,191 points and sophomore Dylan Spadaccini followed suit as he tallied an ECU record 6,280 points in the men's decathlon.
